Salon Policies

Allergies

For your comfort and safety, please be sure to communicate any allergies or sensitivities you may have before receiving any services.

Children and Guests

We are a smaller salon and have limited seating and space for extra individuals. Please do not bring children or guest with you during your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Children are not to be left unattended in the salon as this is a safety concern. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify your artist at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee. Prepayment for services may be required after the second incident. All artists at Tulsa Hair Design are independent operators and manage their clientele independently.

Payments and Pricing

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, PayPal and Cash. Pricing is subject to change. Most of the prices are a starting price points and may be shifted to accommodate the desired look you are going for.

No Shows

To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment a charge of 50% of the service scheduled will be due before you can book another appointment. If you are more than 15 minute late to your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you, but you may be asked to reschedule. All artists at Tulsa Hair Design are independent operators and manage their clientele independently.

Redo Policy

If you don't absolutely love your hair, please contact your artist directly. All artists at Tulsa Hair Design are independent operators and manage their clientele independently.
